When prompted to create a greeting card themed around the greeting "cheers", I was inspired to create a fun and spunky vintage-feeling new years card. I created the pattern by first sketching all of the elements, and then using the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator to bring them to digital life. This project was very inspiring to me, and I can't wait to hold one of these printed cards in my hands!
This greeting card is a 2-color letterpress project, themed around national ice cream day. I was challenged to create as dynamic a piece as possible with the use of two colors and negative space. This is another project I hope to hold in my hands some day!
